I am 6'5" with noodle legs and skinny arms. Any weight I gain goes straight to the gut and somewhat my face. When I lose weight, like last Spring, I HAVE to hit the weights. At least a little. I do NOT need skinnier arms or legs! BUT......If I have skinnier arms n legs?? Oh well. At 53 and a half, I'm not as concerned about the look of a gut on the OUTSIDE. It's that added fat on and around the organs that worries me. I really cannot complain because I had ZERO fat / weight issues into my late 40s! For most, it starts in the 30s or sooner.
