some years ago at my cousin's wedding they had a cheesecake for the 'wedding cake'.

Now I'm a BIG fan of cheesecake, but for a wedding?

Plus.... and I'm going by memory here, (this was a long time ago, maybe 20 years)... my uncle paid almost $10,000 for the wedding cheesecake. You need not tell me he was a doofus, I'm aware of that.

Yes, it was pretty... yes, it was delicious, but in this ONE case I'll make this exception... he should have served cupcakes... then taken the $9,990 he saved and done anything else.
