Very true, Mama...

There are just WAY too many people in this country who feel entitled and that the laws and rules don't apply to them, or they can get away with it "just this once" or whatever.. You've got people like us who WILL do whatever necessary, but there are just too many who won't and it doesn't work without 100% participation.. Probably why it didn't work last time..
