I mean, we have been there and 'lived'. 
Yeah, I think it's a given what's considering 'habitable'. no poisonous sharks for one thing.
The 'odds' thing is really tough to contemplate.... by 'odds' not even the earth should be habitable, the odds against it are astronomical. Hence, (in part), the multi-universe theories.
