That Tylenol pm will do that for ya.. that's one of the additional things I take along WITH ambien to sleep.. you can also throw 2 blood pressure meds and a couple of muscle relaxers in with that.. lol.. My wife says one day I'm not gonna wake up, but if ya gotta go, isn't that the dream?
