but with Ambien, I can go righ tback to sleep.. Before I'd wake up at 2am and that's it - I'm up the rest of the night.. Of course, as I get older, I get to go through the whole bathroom run at 4am or so.. That's a given.. but, I can get right back to sleep and that's priceless..

Another thing you might try is a weighted blanket.. I got one maybe a couple of years ago - 30 pound comforter extra large.. its awesome.. My wife doesn't dig it as much as I do, but when you pull it p high and get underneath it, its pretty dadgum nice with the weight.. Really don't wanna get up in the mornings - especially in Winter - cuz its so dang comfortable..
