based on the old adage. . "you can take the adman out of the agency, but you can't take the agency out of the adman". . .

I have the same experience as you. . . only strictly with words. I've woken up in middle of the night coming up with "the better ad headline"
for a client out of my past that I hadn't given a thought about for decades. Sadly, I think my new headline is better than the ones I came up with in my agency days.

It's maddening.
