Speaking of music... well, I was anyway...

the most amazing aspect of being accomplished on any given instrument, to me, is 'independence'.... arms, legs, hands, working opposed to one another.

This does NOT happen with guitars.. (sorry Steve ), or really any string instrument. Nor any wind instrument. It DOES happen with drums, keyboards. I'll skip drums because I'm biased.

Keyboards... to me the most amazing prowess of any instrument... NOT necessarily my favorite, although it might be, not the best sounding necessarily, I just mean the ability to play the damn things.

Going to post a video of a song everyone on this board knows and knows by heart. Listen to the bass line with the left hand and the melody with the right. It's not humanely possibly.
