In my lockdown surfing, I came upon an old friend I had completely forgotten about. "It" being "Mystery Science Theater 3000". It captured my attention when it was first aired with Joel and the robots commenting on what are the worst SciFi flicks ever produced. Or as they say in the series "Cheesy." Which doesn't begin to aptly describe how bad they are.
I mean, we're talking such low budget flicks that the collective cost would not be enough to buy a soft pretzel at a ball park.
Here we have Joel and the robots held captive in a dog bone shaped space ship forced to watch this nonsense although they never really disclosed what would happen if they were to refuse to watch. . . .
Had the technology been available in his time, Dante would use it as his tenth level of Hell.
