maybe 2 feet long, at most, who live in the depths of the ocean and are rarely spotted.. only filmed once, that I know if.. But they leave a tell-tale sign on any fish/mammal that they encounter.. They swim up really fast, and latch onto their target's body - kind of like a Remora.. then they do a twisting motion and pull out a perfectly circular chunk of flesh and swim to the depths and eat it.. Lightning fast.. One nailed a distance swimmer - I think off Hawaii - and he was done, big time.. They call them Cookie Cutters because the size and shape of the wounds are very similar to a cookie cutter... here's a couple of pics..
