His very first job was Wendy's back in 1976. In the 80s, he worked for 3 or 4. Bennigans from about 1986 to 92. He always said that Bennigans was by far the cleanest of the ones he worked for. But even with their strict cleaning, he said customers STILL probably would not want to see the kitchen. He always said that when Bennigans was at it's peak, the kitchen could be quite messy on Friday and Saturday nights. He talked about Cooks dripping sweat into food. People turning to sneeze but finding someone with food is right behind them. If people want quick service, there's a price to be paid.
