I actually think its a pretty decent movie..

Donna Wilkes, the cutie pie who couldn't stop screaming, kind of got a bad rap.. Initially, "Bob" who lived, was supposed to get bitten in half.. they supposedly shot the scene, then the very next scene was Jackie screaming her head off because Bob had been bitten in two.. BUT, in order to get a PG rating, they had to CUT the part of Bob being bitten in half and they just went ahead and let him live.. BUT, they KEPT the part of Jackie screaming her head off in the movie, so it just looks like she's screaming her head off for nothing.. but, it was supposed to be because she jut witnessed Bob being bitten in half...


I do have a Donna Wilkes signed photo of Jackie screaming her head off - it was just too cool, NOT to have.. I also have a signed photo of the guys in the sailboat (Timmy, I think) where the shark hits the sailboat and skims right past it, but the shark's mouth caved in from the pressure, but the scene was too difficult to re-shoot, so they left it as-is.. Here's a pic of that scene for reference..
