If you're out of your mind and wish to rise very early.... 
The Andromeda Galaxy is VERY easy to see. Of course that map I posted wouldn't work at 4:30am... it's much higher in the sky. Also Venus is so incredibly bright you may blind yourself looking at it thru a lens or binoculars.
The Andromeda Galaxy spreads across a big part of the sky. Still a 'blur', of course, but once you have it in focus you can't miss it. With my binoculars I have to almost move them to see the complete expanse it takes up in the sky.
