didn't love it, but liked it. I despised the follow-ups... and in fact just quit about half way thru the third.
But yes, I know you're talking about film, not the novels.
I was surprised you said Starship Troopers sucked, (the film)... because I think every friend I have who saw it RAVES about it. I have not seen it. Couple of those friends have even told me it's the 'greatest movie ever made'.... so I suggested they cut back on the hard drugs for a while.
