Yeah, we were on the beach, as well..

but some of the beach cabins didn't exactly go TO the beach, there was a foot drop off to rocks which is where I jacked my foot up..

I think you're referring to the "lobby" area of the bar or restaurant.. Yes, there was a glass floor there showing the lagoon below - but seems like I remember it was at the entrance.. I know my wife shot pics of it - I can dig them up..
