describing things is not my forte. I can say that it was a shade of blue, but that tells you nothing. I could even add that it was fluorescent, but again that doesn't come close. The closest I've ever seen to it was created with CGI in the movie "Contact".... when she's on the seashore on some distant planet. And that was 'somewhat' close, but not a match.
Another tangent: The most beautiful color (to me, of course), was on an ash tray my Mom got back in the early 60's. Odd, because no one in my family smoked.
The ash tray was several colors but the the 'blue' I could stare at for hours. The ash tray was eventually put away, somewhere, and I have searched for it now for some 50 years and have yet to find it. - JamesJM
