I'm confined to say this Troy. . .

Balloons fluttering in the wind. .. fireworks lighting up the sky. . . .hoards of humanity flooding the streets bearing signs of "happy birthday Troy" while confetticreates a nightmare for any street cleaner. . . and the Boston Pops playing the 1812 overture accompanied by canon fire.
