In Italy one of my daughters tried ordering a Pepperoni pizza.... small Mom and Pop restaurant, and excellent. They told her, "No... you don't have pizza in America. We make much better. You will love it".. AND... they brought her what she was supposed to order. laughing smiley

And yes... it was excellent.
