thru college I had real problems shaving... always had 'shaver rash'. After my Army days that all changed. Today I thought for sure I was going to be in pain, not having shaved in 4+ years... and hey, maybe I will be tomorrow... but right now NADA... ain't bothering me in the least.

I actually don't mind shaving. The only thing I ever disliked about it was although my beard is far from 'heavy'... certainly not 'light'... I HATED having to shave again at night, having shaved in the morning, if I was headed out for some special event. From morning til night I grew some major stubble. Now that I think about it...

I'm wondering if that will remain the same now that I'm ancient? BEFORE growing this last beard I had begun to notice that my beard growth rate had slowed considerably. Maybe today a morning shave is good for all day.

About Gray.. well, yeah, except my hair is nearly solid gray so a gray beard doesn't matter much. laughing smiley Speaking of: You can't tell in the photo but I have just enough stubborn black hairs left to prevent me from having that distinguished ALL gray look... pisses me off. laughing smiley
