I get confused...

are those the sort of Chinese dumpling type things? If so, and I've heard them called Pot Stickers, they are the greatest invention on Earth.. But I've also seen potato skins called Pot Stickers.. So, you might haft be specific cuz in Texas, Pot Stickers can range from everything to Chinese dumplings to stickers in the shape of pot leaves..
