Pot Stickers... should be Pot Stinkers...

I like Pot Stickers... dipped in soy sauce... yum yum. But OH MY GOD THE STENCH when they are boiling. How can anything that smells so vile when being cooked taste so good? it makes no sense whatsoever.

Unfortunately... Pot Stickers are my youngest grandson's favorite food... and he has them 2-3 per week... which means, I have to wear my corona-virus mask, (saturated in cologne or tequila), at all times on those days.

I bought a Blackstone Griddle about two weeks ago, by the way. Since then we have cooked on it EVERY DAY.... it's FANTASTIC! IMHO better than a BBQ... perhaps not quite as good as my smoker but close.

About the third day it occurred to me that some old fashioned flapjacks would be great, cooked on my new griddle.... so, my daughter found a recipe, bought the ingredients... and the next day I had homemade flapjacks with REAL Maple Syrup. OH MY WORD I was in heaven. I had forgotten how great homemade flapjacks were. These days we use the 'ready-mix' and there is not comparison between ANY ready-mix and made from scratch.

Here is the griddle I bought... I think it may be the best cooking apparatus I've EVER purchased.
