Our newest foster...

Beautiful Lemon Beagle named Benny.. Benny has a broken pelvis, due to either being run over or abuse - we don't know - so is on crate rest for 6 weeks to let the break heal.. So, Benny gets a lot of crate time to heal, but I let him out as often as possible to get some sun because he gets so tired of being in the crate.. Especially with 3 other Beagles running around free..

According to the rules of the foster group - Underdog Express - who send the dogs to New York to be adopted, we're not allowed to keep the dogs we foster, but I'm already in love with this little guy after three days, so i have a bad feeling we're gonna end up being kicked out of the group when we keep him - and pay the agency back the money they have invested in him..

Yesterday I had the local radio station play "Benny and the Jets" for him as I'm friends with the DJ.. Pretty cool...
