and have not seen a game since BUT... wasn't because I didn't like... I DID like it... a LOT more than I thought I would. I haven't watched because I've been gone every weekend since opening day.
I have several friends VERY into it and it seems to me more are joining their ranks by the day.
Interesting is my son-in-law, (one of them.).. who has always rooted in this order: Notre Dame 1st.... Oakland Raiders 2nd. However.. he's been disgusted with the Raiders for years now. He hung in there, tried, and is still trying... but the love affair is about over. At this 'moment' he prefers the XFL to the Raiders... (ND will always be his first love). I'm not sure he's decided on a 'favorite' XFL team yet.... but according to him that's the 'fun' part. We don't have a 'city' allegiance to any professional sport where I live... so some wild and crazy factors come into play when choosing a 'favorite team'.
I certainly don't have a 'favorite' yet, just haven't seen them enough.... but I think I eventually will. I think the league is going to succeed. - JamesJM
