are in the very southern parts of Arizona, New Mexico, maybe Texas. A jaguar was spotted in Arizona not that long ago... and a panther, as you know, is a jaguar, or nearly so. Close inspection reveals the 'spots' on a black panther.

My greatest discovery.... and I KNOW this to be true even though I have no proof... was seeing a Wolverine in a place in the Sierra Nevada Mountains where they were thought to be extinct. This was many years ago and I think it was within the last 5 years, (and I posted it about it on this board), a confirmed sighting of a wolverine was made in this area... proving me right after all those years of being accused of being high on laundry detergent.
