Dang! I hafta admit..

I had no idea what a cajon was.. very cool.. Did I ever tell you my drummer has some gizmo that thumps the snot out of his throne every time he smacks the kick? He tried to explain it then just broke down and said, "sit on the throne and kick the bass pedal".. Holy cow! I guess there's a trigger on the kick that sends a signal to an amp that sort of sub-woofs the throne.. If you've never tried one, you should.. you might find it annoying, tho.. I thought it was cool and he says it make sit easier to hear and 'feel' the beat without a higher monitor mix..
