I should have given this some thought before starting this reply... because now I'm sitting here trying to think of a good one, and I'm struggling.

I can't think of ONE that wasn't pretty obviously CGI... but there were some decent ones... Jeff Bridges in the remake of TRON I thought 'good effort'.. but certainly not 'real'.

Same for Princess Leia.

Funny thing about this CGI thing... when it first broke onto the scene I remember reading that the hardest thing to get right with CGI is 'water'... in all forms... waves, creeks, etc. AND YET... that is the one CGI effect today I think they're doing the best. - JamesJM
