Yeah, Maiden solos are generally not difficult..

because Murray and Smith pretty much stick to blues scales and don't use a ton of wild technique or modes like EVH or Rhoads or anyone like that.. Both solos in Hallowed are fairly simple from a technical point of view - with a little bit of simple two handed hammer-ons in one of 'em.. I have never learned either solo, but I'm confident I could, if needed.. the harmony leads throughout the song are simple, yet effective.. in my book, that's all you need to do - be effective..
