It's not so much what she is playing.... taking each part individually they would be somewhat easy to play.... I'm sure I could do each immediately... BUT...
The change in time signature, and when.... Sting does that, it's his trademark.... are next to impossible for most people. I could do it, but I would have to practice my ass off.
I no longer do it but I used to have a little demon in me, (still have a demon but I keep him sequestered for the most part)... and in my band I'd switch up on the guys and add some very off beat licks... sometime for a few bars... it would completely throw them off. then they'd yell at me that I lost the beat, (I had NOT lost the beat, I just got creative), and call me dirty names. So I stopped doing it.... and they stopped telling me I was offbeat, but they kept right on calling me dirty names.
