I thought she looked and sounded terrific. She finally stopped dyeing her hair, thank gawd, and I think her short gray hairstyle is very attractive. Yes, she's had some nips and tucks, but she's not freaky-looking (think Priscilla Presley). At 82, she's still a babe. Not sure why she drug that red coat out onstage with her. It wasn't used for anything and just appeared "in the way".
