This isn't the big one but the big one will come someday. Because you have an area with over 1 billions people, where antibiotics are prescribed for things as simple as a sprained ankle (really) and a culture where hygiene is virtually nonexistent, its a case of not if but when.
Most places are sold out right now but after this one passes I'd recommend everyone stock up on a few
N95 respirators.
Here is a video from a youtuber I've been following for some time now. Until just recently he had lived in China for the past 13 years and was the first Vbloger ever to post vids from China. Watching his videos over the last couple years I have learned so much about China and its people, I really recommend checking out his channel.
