Not an aficionado, but I kinda collect unique watches..

..and my main dive (scuba) watch is a black G Shock kinda like yours.. mine is solar charged, so never needs batteries and automatically sets the time by satellite or whatever.. Kind of a pain going to different time zones and sometimes with daylight savings time, but I love that watch.. had it for 5-6 years and done around 200 plus dives with it.. but normally I wear it the entire trip..

I have a bunch of other cool watches, but right now mainly just wear a fitbit type watch cuz its really small, waterproof and out of the way..
