We may have had the same watch...the G-Shock I had before this had a black and silver (2 tone) watch. it had a charge meter that showed when the watch was fully charged.

I typically have a watch on, feels weird without one. I know a lot of retirees who don't wear a watch cause they don't care about time. haha
