Part of it is that, while its in the 30's outside, the government building still thinks its 95 outside and is pumping AC right on top of me and through about 15 other vents in my room.. I've taped up everything I can, but I can't control it completely.. if I put in a work notice to HVAC, it'll be two months before they respond, then will be 115 in the room.. its either all the way cold or all the way hot.. in that case, I pick cold cause when its hot, there's only so many clothes you can ditch and then you're stuck..
