Excellent piece of writing. I lost faith in a great pitcher (Kersh.) a couple of years ago as I did with Jansen about the same time. Before that I felt extreme confidence when either was on the mound. But for at least two years now I've been on the edge when they were pitching-especially Kershaw in opening innings. Can the Dodgers replace them? I have no idea.
