Not sure what to do about Kershaw. Seems like you can expect him to give up runs in the opening innings and then settles down. Happens almost every game. But then you have to come back against Wash. two best pitchers and that's tough to do. Dodgers had a chance to not only tie it but win it in the 9th against a so so reliever for Wash. Dodgers had their power hitters up with men on base but Bellinger-once again not having a good playoff series-pops up.
Wash walks Muncy (smart) to load the bases and with two out and Seeger strikes out on a low and outside pitch (reminded me of Puig).
Thought for sure they were going to win the game with the power part of the lineup and only a two run deficit-against a reliever the Dodgers let go last year. Turner comes through in the 9th but not Bellinger or Seeger.
