BTW.. told this before but it's funny....

you see one place with the name "Marijuana"... here's how that came to be:

When we bought the ranch in the very early 80's the owner.. an older gentleman, (and crankier than hell), took us on a tour. We were all younger, in our 30's... he was well into his 70's.

He didn't like us, at all. He didn't want to sell his ranch... he was been forced to sell because of a bad divorce between his son and his wife and needed the money. He took it out on us. I don't blame him, really... but anyway...

We were 'no good' in his eyes and he felt sure we were buying the ranch to grow marijuana illegally. Just above the cabin he stopped and told us, "Down there is where you guys will want to grow your Marijuana... there is water and no one can see it or access it".

Now before you say it... no, we weren't buying it to grow marijuana.. it was a cattle ranch plus a hunting ranch for us. Now that I'm older, and wiser, however... I AM thinking of growing marijuana precisely in that location. - JamesJM
