The Zodiac Killer. He was never caught. Zodiac began when I was in college.... the taunting of the police with letters, the 'codes', and then this:

When I was in basic training I met this guy who told the creepiest stories I had ever heard.... then he got stationed with me in New Jersey so we hung out together a little. The creepy stories kept up... and it soon dawned on me that his stories were eerily similar to the details of the Zodiac murders. Not sure he was trying to convince me he was the Zodiac but it sure seemed that way.
