Years ago, before wiffie, was driving thru town and these two gorgeous, young blond chicks ( in a town of 400 you notice this things) , had a honey stand set up at the feed store. I immediately whipped it in and got out. More to checkout the chicks (early bird gets the worm) than the honey. Got out to check them out, yep, two nuns (no habits). Didn't want to seem like a idiot, so ask if it was local honey (local honey is supposed to be good for allergies).
At the same time both answered , yes, one stated Wisconsin and the other said Texas.
Thinking, wait a minute now, which is it.
Come to find out, both were right. Up north in the summer and south in the winter, then blended.
Anyway, bought 2 bottles, it was good. And helped them raise money, didn't feel so moronic.
Seems everyone in town knew but me.
