Poor dog. They can't tell you what's wrong or what may have caused their problems. The medications are important. I would put on a pair of canvas work gloves and force the pills down her throat. Not eating or drinking is never a good sign. How old is she ? Hopefully things turn around shortly. When she's better watch her poop for anything strange.
