Some famous people who are old when you last hear about them... and then you don't see them or hear anything about them for years until there's a death announcement. I find myself shocked because I'm thinking they'd passed away already. Like Doris Day. She's 96 now. Connie Stevens is 80. Just two examples of people who were rip-roaringly famous in their day... and then they just quietly fade away and aren't heard about again until they die. It's kinda sad. I wonder what they've been doing all this time that they've been out of the spotlight.
