Pretty much, yeah..

I discussed it with admins.. One poster is still on the banner who hasn't posted in almost two years, but is still in good standing, so we didn't wanna remove him, just yet.. Some rarely post, so don't wanna remove them, either.. I think it'd be fine to remove the two Rams logos in the corners to add more peeps, as long as the center logo stays.. and I'd like to add everyone that wants to be up there..
