Friday night holding my breath for the High School playoff game... Saturday holding my breath for the Reedley game then the KYF game... and then Sunday... holding my breath for the Rams.

Today... I'm holding my breath again. For nearly 5 years now I've been paying a fortune for broadband with a guaranteed minimum speed of 5mbps download... I never ONCE got better than 2mbps. SOOOOO.... I had a meeting with them...

We worked out a plan... for the last couple of weeks I installed a new antenna pole about 250' from my house... trenched from my home to the pole and buried electrical cable. Today they are hooking up the new equipment. I'm still on the old system as I write this.

The 'signal' they say is perfect... so we'll see... but there is a chance, slim though it may be, that I may be joining the rest of you, (at least somewhat), in the new tech world that has internet and stuff like that.
