Like you said, you didn't know.. and when you did know, you took care of her and that's more than most people do.. No matter how much we spoil our dogs, I think its just normal to think we didn't do enough.. I did everything I could for Lucie and Torrie, but I still wonder if there was something else I could have done to help them.. I know that's something you'll have to find peace with for yourself - just know that when it really mattered, you were there..
