My first professional sports game live was at Seal's stadium... don't remember the year... but I remember Willie playing.
In the... late 70's, maybe early 80's, (I've told this on this board before)... I met Mays and McCovey. Got a call from a local guy who trained hunting dogs... said he needed some help because a couple of 'guys' were coming to pick up two dogs he had just finished training. My cousin and I went to help him... our friend never said a word about 'who' was coming.. just 'two guys'.
You can imagine our surprise with Mays and McCovey stepped out of the car.
