Haggis just sounds nasty to me.. Tripe I've actually had, now that described it.. I can't eat fatty, gelatinous meats and tripe was like eating jello camouflaged as meat.. as soon as I took a bite I started to gag - but had to force it down cuz the guy who made it was watching me..
