"Bizarre Foods"? Anyway... I think it was that guy that called Hakari the second most foul thing he ever tasted.
Yesterday I took my daughter-in-law to SF to catch a plane to Iceland where she was to meet up with my son and two grandsons. They arrived earlier today... and the first text message I got from my son was that he had just had his first meal in Iceland and tasted Hakari.
That was the last text message I got from him as well - I'm a bit worried.
Hakari is fermented shark... and apparently smells strongly of ammonia. That doesn't sound appealing to me. At all, in fact. I'm going to add Hakari to my list of foods I'd most likely never try.
"Ammonia" just ain't something I ever want to hear when discussing food. - JamesJM
