Things I didn't know................I didn't know

OK.........

There is an old British TV show I've been watching for years , called , Last Of The Summer Wine

now this show was on the air over there for like 35 years, from 1973 - 2010 , so the cast changed a little over those years , now I haven't seen every episode , but there are several episodes I've watched several times

Now in the later episodes , from 2002 - 2010 , there was a character named Entwistle , no first name was ever given as far as I know , well , this character was played by the actor named Burt Kwouk , now I've watched this show for years , and only recently figured out Burt Kwouk , was also the actor that played Cato in all those Pink Panther movies , so I was dumbfonded when I finally figured it out

how did I not know that ?.....................lol

so anyways , the other day I googled his Last Of The Summer Wine character to see if he did in fact have a first name , and nope

but................

I did just discover that the Bass Player for The Who , name is John Entwistle

and again I'm like really ?????????????

how did I NOT know that

apparently , all these years The Who was made up of Keith Moon , Roger Daltrey , Pete Townshend.......................................and that other guy

all these years , , some how if I ever read or heard John Entwistles named mentioned , it obviously went in one ear and right out the other

If some one would have asked me to name the Bass player for The Who

I could see his face as clear as day , but his name , I would have had no clue

Just a couple of things , I didn't know...................I didn't know

Entwistle , original surname was McIntyre, but he changed it so that people wouldn't mistake him for a Scotsman
