goodbye to the puppies.
The mom of the puppies is a Husky... the Dad is a chocolate Lab. They held off on getting the mom spayed because of the demand for puppies from these two... apparently it's a much wanted 'mix'... demand was high... in fact, there are 8 puppies and my daughter had over 20 people that wanted to buy them.
The Mom Husky will now be spayed. This is actually her second litter.... the first 8 were sold instantly and that's when 'orders' came in for the next litter. Frankly I don't get it... I mean, they are beautiful dogs, no doubt about that... good temperament, very intelligent, but there are so many dogs in need of adoption.
Anyway.. it's fun.... every night they crawl around my living room floor entertaining us, they are hilarious. Just getting old enough, (eyes opened about a week ago), to be filled with that 'puppy' curiosity... attacking anything that moves and feeling 'bad A@@'.... IOW... taking on all comers. Egotistical little fur balls.
