I also recall a message by WV posted right afterwards saying something like "I can't imagine how someone like Waterfield-who has been a fan for sooooooo long-must feel like today". And that was 19 years ago !! Then it brought back memories of that 1951 game which the Rams won the NFL Championship game and then for god's sake the 1949 game in which they lost the NFL Championship-both games of which I attended.
Talk about feeling old -come and get me.
