Same thing here near NAS Jax about 2 weeks ago.

We had a carrier (Cannot recall which one) off our coast. It's fighter group of F-18s were toying with F-18s that were at NAS and painted with Commie paint schemes. Most of their crazy stuff was off shore but they did a LOT of fly overs around the NAS Jax area.
